Week Four: Heal
The intention of this week is to begin healing after your cleansing. To move past the shadows and limiting beliefs and to fill yourself up with love and light. You are perfect, and it is now time to find appreciation for everything that you are and celebrate your authentic and unique self.
The Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones often share the advice:
“Mother yourself. Care for yourself in a way that you’d care for a child. So often you put yourself last. Or you expect yourself to overcome traumas more gracefully than those you care about. You give yourself only an ounce of love when you give others the world. This must change. You must approach yourself the way you believe a mother should parent a child. Bathe yourself in love, the way a mother loves her child.”
Listen to the ritual meditation every day. The meditation is especially important this week because it’s a healing meditation that helps reprogram your mind and helps you heal from your shadows.

Write yourself a love letter. This is a practice that you can do every single day. You can include the following points in your letter.
What do you love about yourself?
Why do others love you?
What can you do that no one else can do?
What makes you special and unique?
Scan your body, what do you love about each part?
Now describe a moment in your life when you’ve done something that you’re truly proud of. For me, this is childbirth or recovering from postpartum depression and anxiety. But I’ve also had moments of pride after I complete a tough workout or release a project that I’ve been working on.
Think back to this moment and write about it.
How did you celebrate this moment?
What was it like building up to that moment?
How did you feel?
How did you feel when you achieved your goal?
How did your body feel?
You can also buy yourself greeting cards and put them up beside your bed so that you can see them before you go to bed and when you wake up.
