Welcome to RISE 

The following information will help you prepare for the course. Please read this carefully.

SCHEDULE

This course is designed to be completed by working through the modules, beginning with module 1: Ground. With each module you will receive a video, guided meditation and intention, practice and ritual. The modules are designed to be completed in one week. If this is your goal, you may want to dedicate 30-60 minutes each day to complete the work. However, this is just a guideline. Allow yourself to flow at your personal pace.

SPACE

I recommend that you find or create a quiet and peaceful space for your daily work. The meditations especially will be the most beneficial when done in a space where you can fully relax with minimal or no interruption (sometimes life happens and that is OK).

HEALTH

Throughout this course, you will be undergoing an immense transformation. The work you’ll be doing may be heavy and may require a lot of release and surrender on your part. PLEASE sleep and relax as much as you possibly can during this time. When I went into my Akashic Records to ask my own Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones for guidance on this course, they stressed how important it is for participants to be well rested throughout this process. Love your body, love your mind, allow your soul to rest. Take peace and comfort in knowing that rest is healing.

SUPPORT

Inner work can be heavy so please find a support person to lean on throughout this process. Share with them that you are doing this work so they can check on you to see how you’re feeling and so that you have someone to lean on if you need it. Also, if you are on Facebook please join our RISE Together Private Facebook group to connect with other course participants. Whether or not you have a support system in your life, this is a great place to find support and love.
