Before beginning, take a moment to thank yourself for arriving to this work and making the commitment to rediscover and return to the person your soul chose to be in this life.

This workshop shows you a new path to an abundant life. Abundance begins with who you are at a soul level and where you are at in this present moment. 

Maybe you’ve come here because you feel you haven’t been receiving what you’ve been calling in. Or maybe your manifestations are coming true, but they’ve done nothing to light up your soul. Or perhaps you feel or you are told that you have an abundant life but don’t feel as fulfilled or happy as you know you can.

The following exercises, journal prompts and meditations are inspired by my work in the Akashic Records and will help you connect the dots between your manifestations of an abundant life and your self-worth, your authentic gifts and your soul’s purpose.

Accessing the Akashic Records provides an energetic transmission at the root level of consciousness that is uplifting, inspiring and healing. The Records activate a reconnection to your deepest knowing and soul-level awareness, allowing you to become fully whole within your authenticity. 

Going through this workshop will generate the same energetic shift within you, connecting you to your root level of consciousness and helping you to return to yourself.

Returning to yourself means rediscovering who you are on a soul level. Knowing yourself on this level places you in alignment with your true self and from there you can begin to make meaningful change that resonates with your soul and fulfills your core being.

This workshops guides you through this process of rediscovery and becoming. 

There are a few things to note before beginning.

- headphones for your meditations (this isn’t a necessity, especially if you are alone and undisturbed, but highly recommended as they help you sink into the hypnotic healing)

T I M E C O M M I T M E N T

This work is personal and everyone will need a different amount of time to complete the daily modules. We recommend that you dedicate at least 20-45 minutes a day to work through the material, either when you wake up in the morning or in the evening before you go to bed. You may find that you want to complete one module a few times before moving onto the next and that’s fine.

S U P P O R T

I like to call inner work “heavy lifting” because, to me, that’s exactly what it feels like. You will be confronting memories, limiting beliefs, pain, trauma—anything that’s been weighing you down—and lifting them up to uncover the real, authentic you beneath.

The Pinnacle stress the importance of self-care during this time. Make sure you’re able to get a lot of sleep, as much as you need, which perhaps will be more than you’re used to. Go to bed early, sleep in, take a nap—however you’re able to rest, please take the opportunity to do it. Take salt baths in the evening or long, hot showers, diffuse lavender essential oil for extra self-love. And remember to go easy on yourself; you’re heavy lifting. 

We also encourage you to tell someone you’re doing this work. Perhaps you have a family member, a friend or a partner that you can confide in. You may find it helpful to have someone to talk to throughout this process.

If the work brings up emotions that are too complicated to deal with on your own, we strongly encourage and support you in seeking out professional help.

Day 1: Ground

Modern life disorients our sense of self. We live our lives, but do we know who we really are? What is serving us? What is hurting us?

Our day-to-day lives see so many attacks on our nervous systems that we’ve come to accept sensory overload as the new normal. Our schedules are packed with one thing after another, it seems we’re always in the middle of a never-ending to do list. We accept what we’re told life should look like. We adjust to the motions. And what do we get in return? We move further and further from ourselves. Our bodies do one thing and our minds say another.

To ground is to return home. To be in your body. To make the mind and body one.

If you’ve ever felt the warmth of love or the pain of heartache, you know what it’s like to  feel an emotion as a physical sensation in your chest. What you may not know is that these emotions are felt in your heart energy space. It is where our love energy comes from. And love is the root of everything. It is the emotion of the Akashic Records. It is what we need to feel (for ourselves and for others) before we can return to ourselves.

But our heart energy space can become blocked, tight or congested if love energy isn’t flowing. To get things flowing again, we need to connect our thoughts and emotions. We need to connect our mind and body. We need to ground.

The Akashic Records teach that grounding is the first step to everything. In order to fully know ourselves and tune into our inner guidance, we must first ground. 

How do we do this? 

Quite simply, we must quiet our busy mind, release control, and sit in stillness. It doesn’t have to be any more complicated than that.

In a reading, The Pinnacle recommended that the client sit for 10 minutes, every morning after she woke up and every evening before she went to bed, with her eyes closed, breathing in through her nose and out through her mouth. That’s it. No expectation of connecting to guides or her Inner Knowing—nothing. Just sitting there. Releasing control. Not watching the time. Just sitting.

She laughed after hearing this. The Pinnacle said, “We know you think this is ridiculous and you don’t know why we’re asking you to do this, but it’s a practice of surrendering and releasing. You must slow down in order to move forward.”

I recommend that you start with this practice, too. For 10 minutes, twice a day, every day for this program. Of course, it’s a great daily practice to get into, as well. 

When I read the Akashic Records of a client, everything I share is information already within them. All that I do, with the help of The Pinnacle, is energetically dig it up from within their soul and relay the answers and guidance to them. My gift is to clearly and easily channel this information for people, but, with work, everyone has the ability to access it.

We all carry answers within ourselves, we are our own healers, our own teachers and our own guides. But in order to access this information, we need to be able to turn our focus inwards. Over time, as you’re better able to remain in the present, life will no longer feel like it’s happening to you. You’ll become the active driver in your own life.


Trouble Grounding?

If you’re struggling to sit in stillness or you are doing it but are still feeling some form of disconnect from yourself, the best thing to do is go into nature. Go outside, to a park or maybe you’re backyard, take off your shoes and let your feet sink into the grass or dirt. Run your hands through the grass and make a physical connection to the Earth. This will help clear your mind and ease any tension that’s stored within your body.

If the weather doesn’t allow you this option, you can also ground indoors by bringing nature to you. Bring plants into your home and spend time caring for them. Water them, prune them and even talk to them! You can also try a grounding mat, which mimics the energetic vibration that you feel in nature, with your feet on the earth. With or without a mat, though, it’s the intention that matters. 

The Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones have also shared that eating foods that have grown in the Earth will also help ground you. Root vegetables, like carrots, beets, yams, ginger, daikon, turmeric and potato naturally ground and ground our bodies.

Day 2: Abundance Begins Where You Are

The Pinnacle often share a simple, but profound, teaching in my client readings: Abundance comes from within and is then projected outwards.

Let’s dig into this.

We create our own reality. But not in the way that we snap our fingers and *poof* we find ourselves in a perfect relationship, a bigger house, a newer car, a different city. How we feel about ourselves is projected outwards as the reality we experience

If you tell yourself that you’ll feel happy/complete when you’re in a relationship/buy a new car/have a certain amount of money in the bank, then you’re creating a reality in which there is a lack of some fundamental quality inside you—self-worth, self-love, happiness—in the present that you cannot fill on your own. And when your manifestations are to compensate for a lack, what you receive (even in abundance) won’t ever be enough. Because what you’re truly seeking is something only you can provide.

You cannot call in abundance from a place of lack.

Every manifestation, every call for abundance, contains an energetic imprint of your conscious and subconscious desires. Are you calling in a relationship but don’t have any love for yourself? Are you manifesting a better paying job so you have a dollar amount to attach to your sense of self-worth?

Possessing a soul-level awareness of yourself allows you to align your manifestations with your unique gifts and soul purpose so that what you’re calling in accents and compliments—instead of replaces—your life.

An abundant life begins with wherever you’re at in this present moment.

Day 3: Authentic Preparation

You were born into this life with a unique purpose, along with unique gifts and talents to support that purpose. These gifts and purpose lead to an abundant life. And the only thing standing in the way of it all is you. Why? Because, as humans, we’re free to decide whether we want to pursue our unique purpose and gifts. Free will is our greatest lesson as humans. We can either shine as our authentic self (no matter how uncomfortable it may make us) or hide it from the world. No matter what you decide, the light within you will never dim. Your gifts and your purpose will always be there.

The purpose and gifts that you’ve come into this life to share are a contract with the Universe. Once you fulfill that contract by stepping into your purpose and allowing your gifts to shine, get ready, because the Universe is going to SWOOP in and provide you with whatever you desire. Abundance galore!

When it comes to our gifts and purpose, I’ve found through my client readings that most people either say they don’t know what they are or don’t think their purpose or gifts are unique. In both cases, the message from The Pinnacle is the same: don’t focus on the what; begin by focussing on the how. If you’re acting from a place of authenticity, which is to say, from your soul, you’ll tap into your gifts in a way only you can, and you’ll realize no one can do what you do. Your gifts are divinely coloured by your authentic self.

The beautiful thing about the Akashic Records is that they are a record of your soul’s history, and when I read them I’m not sharing knowledge that my client also doesn’t hold. It’s all there; it just might need to be brought into focus. As soon as I open a client’s Records and I channel that information, they say, “Oh, right, I knew that! I just haven’t been focussing on it.”

Allow me to support you in remembering your purpose and gifts. Today’s meditation and journal activity will help you tune into the frequency of the Akashic Records and guide you toward your authenticity so you can discover your purpose and learn how your unique gifts can help fulfill it.

Day 4: Top Values

The date you were born was chosen by you. The time you were born was chosen by you. Your parents, your family—everything has been chosen by you. Your life is so much more intelligently designed than you may be giving yourself credit for and when you surrender to who you actually are, not who you want to be or who you think you should be or who everyone else thinks you should be, but who your soul has chosen to be, that’s when you really begin to flow! That’s when you return to yourself.

The way the Akashic Records have taught me to understand manifesting and creating the life that we want to live is that when we manifest from our soul’s desire we are also benefiting the collective, because when we are in alignment with our authentic self, we are shining at our brightest and lighting up the Universe with our gifts. When we manifest from our ego, which means we’re calling in the life that we think we should have to impress others or live up to something we think we should be, we don’t get those things or we don’t get them as easily because it’s not in alignment with the greater good. 

All of this is nice to know but not very helpful if you’re not aware of what your soul (the real you) requires to feel happy, fulfilled, inspired and in alignment.

This is where ‘Top Values’ come into play.

Knowing your Top Values, the key components that are most important to your soul. When they are structured, steady and secure, you feel in control, content and comfortable.

My Top Values are:

Family: the majority of my time, at all times, is spent with my family.  

Freedom: with my time, finances and decisions. 

Wellness: I have a physically, spiritually and emotionally well mind and body.

Limitless Expansion: I am seen, heard and share with people around the world. 

When I am creating my life with these four Values in place, my priorities are in check and the decisions I am making are in alignment with my soul’s desire.  

There is no meditation for today, but you can always return to the Grounding meditation if you feel you need to align your vibration before completing the journal exercise.

This is an exercise that was given to me in the Records. 

First, think about your day.

Where do you spend your time?

What are you doing?

Who is receiving your attention?

Now think about what you wish you were doing.

If you could free up space, what would that look like?

Next, create space in your journal to make two lists, side by side. On the left side, make a list of everything you want to be doing in a day. On the right side, make a list of everything you think you should be doing or are doing in a day. Once you are finished, look at the list.

How many points on the left side are also on the right side?

Can you spot your Top Values from these lists?

Day 5: Rainbow Theory

“The image of a rainbow with a pot of gold at the end has been misinterpreted. It is as simple as this: the rainbow is you. It is your charkras, your energy, your alignment. Once you are in alignment with your true self, the pot of gold will appear. For you will be ready to receive it.” — The Pinnacle

I channeled this message for a client during a reading and it is easily one of the most profound, simple and obvious teachings of abundance. We can live a life of true abundance when we’re in alignment with all energy points.

They also said that abundance isn’t just money, love, wealth, success or freedom. As we discussed in day two, it doesn’t fill some lack in your life.

Imagine a circle. Now cut that circle into many slices, like a pie. Each slice is a different component that, when taken together, equals an abundant life. Perhaps your circle contains money, comfort, love, creativity, health, happiness. Or maybe it contains freedom, family, finances, travel, nature, experiences. 

Whatever each slice is, the point is that abundance doesn’t just mean wealth or love or freedom. Abundance is wholistic. It captures every unique dimension of ourselves.

If your sole focus has been wealth and financial success, you may very well achieve this and feel you live an abundant life. But maybe your strict focus has caused you to ignore your other energy points, and perhaps your heart chakra is closed. You may feel abundant, but you may not living a life of complete abundance.

Maybe you’ve spent all your energy on finding a partner to love and to love you. You’re finally in a healthy and happy relationship. This love makes your life feel abundant. But somewhere along your path to a loving relationship, you’ve lost sight of who you are. As a result, your grounding, solar plexus and sacral chakras are out of alignment.

Or maybe you’ve dedicated your energy to only making the most rational decision whenever you’ve faced a fork in the road. You feel grounded. You feel in control. You feel your clear-headed decision making has led you to an abundant life—a rewarding career, a spouse, a beautiful home, a family. But this focus on pure logic has silenced your intuition. Your third eye and crown chakras are out of alignment.

In all of these cases, it may not be immediately obvious you’re not in alignment with all your energy points. You may feel like you’re already living an abundant life or that you “have everything you need.” But eventually you’ll feel it. Because our energy points, our chakras, can only be out of alignment for so long before we begin to notice something’s off.

Living an abundant life requires us to be in alignment with all energy points, and today we’re going to explore how each energy point can guide us toward a more abundant life.

Note that energies are constantly influx and that when one is balanced, it doesn’t stay balanced forever. As you move through your life and you change, grow and evolve, your energy does as well. The practice is being able to notice when and where you’re off balance and then make the adjustments to bring yourself back into alignment.

Day 6: Manifesting Energy

On December 31, 2018, I opened my journal and wrote my manifestations and goals for the year ahead. One thing on my list that I was calling in for 2019 was an expensive pair of shoes that I’ve always wanted. Quite expensive, like many hundreds of dollars expensive. When I was reading the list to my husband, he asked me, “Why the shoes? Do you really need the shoes?” As I thought about his questions, I was reminded of a manifestation teaching The Pinnacle had given me a few weeks back. They said to focus on the energy of the thing I was manifesting, not the numbers.

Let’s use money as an example. Say I’m manifesting for massive growth of my business. I visualize the markers of what this increased success would look to me—new clothes, travel, new car, more financial freedom. I take all these things into account and write on my manifestation list: earn $200,000 this year. The Pinnacle would say that in manifesting a $200,000 year, I am limiting the energy I will put out and, therefore, also receive in return. They would say that I’m only going to share whatever I consider to be $200,000 worth of my energy.

When I received the teaching to focus on the energy of what I’m manifesting and not the number, I realized that not only do I not want to limit myself in the amount of abundance I can bring in, I also don’t want to limit myself creatively. I don’t want to limit the amount of energy that I can put into the world by attaching it to an arbitrary number. 

Instead of manifesting a particular income, I now manifest a lifestyle. How do I want to live my life? What do I want my days look like? Energetically, how do I want to feel? What tasks do I want to do? What tasks don’t I want to do? I focus on how my manifestations make me feel on a fundamental, energetic level.

So, let’s bring this back to the shoes. Once I remembered to focus on the energy as opposed to the number (the price of the shoes) I realized that although I’m completely content without the shoes, what attracts me to them is how I believe I would feel wearing them. I see them as successful, productive, proud, classy and polished and wearing them would allow me to embody those feelings and bring me into alignment with my Top Values of Prosperity and Pleasure. The energy I would receive and carry from wearing the shoes changes the approach to the manifestation entirely. Suddenly, it doesn’t matter what the shoes cost, but rather how I feel when I’m wearing them.

It’s time to focus on the energy of your manifestations. This practice allows you to be very precise and clear on what you’re calling in and why. You’ll also see how it helps align your manifestations with your Top Values, which ensures that you’re putting out energy to things that will bring you true happiness and abundance, not just external markers of these things that do nothing to change how you feel on an energetic level.

In your journal, make a list of your current manifestations, as many as you can think of, leaving 5-10 lines in between each point to allow for writing space.

For each manifestation write why you want this manifestation in your life. Remember, focus on the energy. How will each manifestation change how you feel?

How does each manifestation align with your Top Values? How will it contribute to an abundant life?

Do you need to shift your focus of any of your manifestations to the energy behind it? How can you do this? Consider your Top Values. Think back to the why.

Congratulations on completing this program! You should feel proud of yourself for taking this step in your journey of self-discovery. Now is a good time to reflect on the massive growth you’ve experienced over the past few days.
