My Everyday Green Smoothie

This smoothie is a staple in our house. We have it every single morning. Sometimes we switch up the spinach for kale or the oranges for mangos, but it's our favourite, simple combination that brightens our mornings and alkalizes our bodies. Ivy loves it, too!

yield: 2 servings

3 bananas, peeled
2 oranges, peeled
2 cups fresh organic spinach
2 Tbsp hemp hearts
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 cups water


Add all ingredients to a blender, blend it up and enjoy!
