GPP #07: Jessica Murnane on Knowing Your Endo (and Managing It)

Jessica-Murnane-Headshot.jpg

This woman, Jessica Murnane, is one of the few podcast hosts that inspired me to start my own podcast. She's cool, she's interesting, she's funny and she's the kind of woman that you just want to be friends with, you know? In the beginning of this episode I share a story about how she had my back when I first had Ivy in a way that was so much bigger than she even knew. And I'm pretty sure that's been the case for a lot of women, and about to be the case for many, many, many more.

It’s time to show your endo who’s boss!

The fact of the matter is that 1 in 10 women have endometriosis. This also includes young girls as well as trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people. It also takes an average of 10 years and 8 doctors to be diagnosed with endometriosis. Isn’t that CRAZY?!

The Endo Tool-Kit is a 5-week program that will help you create a set of powerful tools to help manage your endometriosis. And the best part about it is that you can work through it at your own pace, from your bed, in your sweat pants. Course creator Jessica Murnane will support you weekly with a live q&a video and also provide you with discounts on her favourite endo-friendly brands. Your disease does not define you, it’s time to start learning the tools to help manage it.

At no extra cost to you, Jessica is going to throw a bit of commission change my way for everyone who signs up through the above banner, which I really appreciate.  So if this course inspires you or someone you know, please click above to register.
